Our name comes from Rio, our founder’s pup, who inspired the creation of Forri. What started as finding safe, gentle solutions for him has grown into a promise we now extend to every pet. Forri means For Rio — and for every furry friend who deserves the same love and care.

Absolutely not. Forri is committed to cruelty-free practices. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission others to do so.

Our products are safe for all dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens over 8 weeks of age. If you’re using a new product for the first time, start with a small amount and observe your pet. In the unlikely event of any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

No. At Forri, your pet's safety and well-being are our top priority. We meticulously formulate our products with only pet-safe ingredients to ensure gentle care. We guarantee that our products are completely free from alcohol, sulphates, parabens, and artificial dyes.

We manufacture our products only in US FDA-registered and ISO 22716 certified facilities. These facilities follow human-grade cosmetic good manufacturing practices. That means strict hygiene standards, sanitised equipment, high-quality raw materials, and rigorous product controls to avoid contamination, mislabelling, or defects.
We also use premium, pet-safe ingredients that are gentle yet effective. We never use subpar, harsh chemicals that can irritate skin or cause harm.
While these steps make production more costly, they ensure that every product meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

Every pet is unique, so the timeline for visible results may vary. Many pet parents notice improvements right after the first use: like a fresher coat, cleaner ears, or reduced odours. For concerns like plaque, tartar, or tear stains, improvements may become noticeable with consistent use over a few weeks. For best results, follow the usage instructions provided for each product. Regular grooming with Forri products will support your pet’s comfort, hygiene, and long-term well-being.

Yes. All Forri products come with an expiry date clearly marked on the packaging. We recommend using them before this date to ensure maximum safety, freshness, and effectiveness.

Aloe vera has many soothing, skin-friendly properties that benefit both dogs and cats when used correctly. It is considered toxic only if ingested in its raw, unprocessed form. In Forri products, aloe vera is used in carefully measured, pet-safe concentrations, making it completely safe for everyday grooming.

Yes, we currently ship all over India.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders of ₹500 or more. For more detailed information, please refer to our shipping policy here.

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹50 will be added at checkout for COD orders, along with the applicable delivery charge.

We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Most orders reach pet parents within 2-5 business days in major cities and 6-8 business days in remote locations from the date of dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at parents@forripetcare.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. Please note that once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

At Forri, your trust means a lot to us. Since our products are hygiene and personal care items for pets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery. This ensures the safety and well-being of all pets.

All Forri products go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, if you ever receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at parents@forripetcare.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include your order details along with photos of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation. We value your trust and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the matter.

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and your bank’s policies. We are committed to making the refund process smooth and will keep you updated on its progress.
