Shipping Timelines

We currently ship across India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Most orders reach pet parents within 2-5 business days in major cities and 6-8 business days in remote locations from the date of dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping across India on all orders of ₹500 and above.
For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders. A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹50 will be added at checkout for COD orders, along with the applicable delivery charge.

Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at parents@forripetcare.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. Please note that once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Returns and Exchanges

Your trust means a lot to us. Since our products are hygiene and personal care items for pets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery. This ensures the safety and well-being of all pets.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at parents@forripetcare.com with your order details and photos. We will promptly review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and your bank’s policies. We are committed to making the refund process smooth and will keep you updated on its progress.
